RETURN POLICY

• You can return full-priced merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.
• Orders made with promo codes are non-refundable and only eligible for store credit.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

• All sale items (including flash sale items)
• Intimates (lingerie & underwear)
• Items marked as Final Sale

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

• Items must be new, unused, and unworn
• Original tags must be attached
• Original packaging must be included

REFUND PROCESS:

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
• A $9 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds (waived for store credit returns)
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages

• Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
• Use a trackable shipping service to send your return to our provided address
